HI-TECH PROCESSES

Only the best knitting machines are used to provide a product of integrity and sheer wearer comfort. Our machines are equipped with the latest technology that is more energy-efficient and has yarn sensors to reduce waste. We control yarn tension with sophisticated technology and graduated sizing to give our customers a perfect fit experience.

High-quality products can be produced only when stop-motion and yarn-feeding functions are applied. Our Sock and Hosiery knitting machines are highly specialized circular knitting machines for customizing products made on them.

The machines can use almost any type of yarn or fiber, and some special machine models in our plant can produce extra-extra-large hosiery and unique socks to meet the criteria of our customers. Automated toe closers and assembly machines help produce quality consistently and efficiently.
